About Anatolia

Anatolia Bar & Grill, located in Newtown (Williamsburg, VA) opened their doors July 2018. Anatolia is owned by the yesilcimen family, Chef Sevan and his wife, Bee (Burcu).

The name anatolia was inspired by their daughter, kyra su. She has born with the three different nationalities of her parents, armenian, kurdish, & turkish. years ago, anatolia was a region that transpired before the ottoman. At this time all three nationalities lived happily ever after.

it is the vision of both chef sevan & Bee to have their daughter kyra su take over the restaurant in the future.
